A city worth keeping
La Mesa is eight square miles, and there is something to be proud of in all of it. I want what's true downtown to be just as true on your street.
I'm Patricia Dillard, your City Councilmember and I am running for mayor.

We have parks, a trolley, a downtown that people drive across the county to visit, flower shops, pharmacies and two hospitals, just about anything you can think of.
As your future mayor one of my goals is completing some of the great projects we have started.

We have lived in La Mesa for more than thirty years. My husband and I raised our three children here. They're off changing the world now, and we have three grandsons.
When you put down roots like that, you want more than a good city for today.
You want to leave it stronger for the next generation.
La Mesa is eight square miles, and there is something to be proud of in all of it. I want what's true downtown to be just as true on your street.
A great city isn't much good if you can't get to it. Parking, buses, the trolley, and the streets we've let sit are one problem, not four.
Our community asked for a bigger library. We finally have a path to build it. As Mayor, I aim to see these projects through.
This community has wanted a bigger library since 2008, and for a long time there wasn't a way to get there.
Now there is. The post office is moving into the new civic center, and that frees up the space we needed.
I'd like to be the Mayor who sees it through.
Leaders, organizations, and neighbors supporting Patricia for Mayor.
"Patricia Dillard brings to this race something that cannot be taught and cannot be faked: a genuine heart for the people of La Mesa."
"Patricia Dillard has my vote. I think she has the best interest of La Mesa and the people who live here."
"Patricia Dillard has been a strong advocate for small businesses, working to create an environment where we can thrive."

Where we'll be, and how you can help.
